Purchasing artwork from Amanda Inglis Fine Art grants you personal, non-commercial use of the artwork. The purchaser agrees not to use the artwork in any way for profit.
Personal use includes, but is not limited to, displaying the artwork in your home or business, sharing the artwork on personal social media accounts, or gifting the artwork to others. Personal use excludes reproducing, copying, or attempting to recreate the artwork for commercial purposes.
Commissioned artwork may have additional specific terms and conditions, which will be outlined separately for each commission.
Upon shipment of the artwork, the purchaser agrees to cover all shipping costs. Should a return be necessary, the purchaser will only be refunded for the cost of the artwork and applicable taxes. Please note that shipping costs may vary from the amount listed at the time of purchase. All relevant receipts and paperwork will be provided during the refund process.
If the artwork is not delivered within a reasonable time frame as agreed upon by both the artist and purchaser, the purchaser will be entitled to a refund for the original piece or as otherwise agreed in the commission contract.
Commercial usage rights are not granted with the purchase of artwork unless explicitly negotiated in a separate contract.
Amanda Inglis Fine Art reserves the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes, including advertisements and print sales. The purchaser will be notified in the event that their purchased artwork is reproduced as a print.
If the purchaser fails to provide payment, the right to the artwork will be forfeited, and the piece will be made available for public purchase once again. The purchaser may attempt to repurchase the artwork, but this does not guarantee they will be able to secure the piece.
The artist is required to communicate with the purchaser if there are any significant changes to the artwork from the time it was photographed and listed to the time of sale. Purchasers are welcome to inquire about the physical details of the artwork at any time.
The artist will approve any repairs needed for the artwork during its lifetime. Both the purchaser and the artist will agree upon reasonable fees for any necessary repairs or restorations.
After the artwork has been shipped, Amanda Inglis Fine Art is not responsible for any damages that may occur during shipping or from external factors such as fire, flood, natural disasters, or exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, or UV light. We recommend that purchasers contact the artist immediately if any damage occurs.
